Gulf coast tv news reporter yesterday had a hissy over hammerhead shark sightings near shore. She specifically mentioned "dangerous hammerhead sharks" when in fact a hammerhead has never in recorded history killed a human, though there are smattering reports of non lethal bites.

I don't know if they bite or not - but they scare the hell out of me!

They aren't a tiger or great white, but as of 2013, there were 33 known attacks by hammerheads.

If you were drinking a strawberita on the beach and had to piss, and there were hammerheads swimming in the waist deep water in front of you, would you take your arse back up to the condo or just piss in your pants?

I mean, losing an arm or a leg can be non lethal, but I'd like to avoid it if possible.
