Are we going to have cops outside of bathrooms checking birth certificates? Yeah, not happening. So the hypothetical predator changes his story from "I identify as a woman" to "I was born a woman". If you don't believe them and kick em out of the bathroom, you'll kick out someone following the law and enjoy the legal fallout.

I think transgender is a weird thing I truly don't understand, but there are transgender people all around and no one ever notices. I can't assume everyone that's transgender is some pedophile looking to scissor little girls.
