(Not sure if it's the new design of the website or what, but every time I search, "Game of Thrones" doesn't show up. If anyone can find the original thread, please bump)

So yeah, Season 7 started two weeks ago.

****Spoilers below****

Theon is such a bitch.

Episode 3 looks like some major stuff is going to happen.

Arya is awesome.

Khaleesi FINALLY made it across the sea. P

Cersei is one of the cruelest villains in any show I've seen. Stone cold biatch.

I like the start to this season. We need more grim surprises. That's when the show was great.

I don't like the Arya stuff. It just doesn't make sense to me how the face stuff works. I guess it's some sort of magic, but idk.

The proportions and voices just add to the disbelief of her scenes. I enjoy them, but i always ask dumb questions. "How does she have the same body and voice as Walder?"

Call me crazy, but if I wasn't caught up I'd refrain from clicking on a thread titled "Game Of Thrones Thread"

But I know the people you're referring to do exist.

First two episodes have been ok, some pretty bad writing so far though.

"You're about to witness a foreign invasion" may be the worst line ever uttered in television history. Not only because the character who said it is terrible and the line itself is cringeworthy, but also because Ellaria is about to fingerblast Yara in front of her brother for some reason. Oooohh, so sexy. Such an awful scene and it was pretty unbelievable that the women leading this voyage are below deck flirting and don't notice A THOUSAND SHIPS sneaking up on them.

I kind of hope all the Greyjoy and Dornish characters die soon.

Dude, there was fog ok?

Lady Tyrel being the one who killed joffrey was badass. I had completely forgotten about that lil bastard but knowing that she was the one to frick him up will forever endear that character to me.

Also, is it just me or are daenerys and jon snow def gonna frick or what? Gonna go full Lannister style and be a sister fister.

EDIT: Technically it would be an aunt fister but that doesn't have the same "punch."

OK, this is a quibble, but where there's dense fog, there's no wind and certainly not enough wind to power Euron's ship of many, many sails. (The sails would be really wet and luffing and draggy, not the handsome set that look as if they just came out of a Cozen's painting.)

Completely fair and this response has nothing to do with that but here it is nonetheless.

Keep in mind I have read 0 of the books so idk if this will ever make it in the show but thus far we have seen: dire wolves the Sigil of house stark, Dragons the sigil of house Targaryen, I'm assuming golden roses are fathomable so that's Tyrell, Lions wouldn't be out of question given dragons and such so that would be the sigil of House Lannister... I'm saying all that to say this: is there a potential Kraken type creature that could come to the aid of the Greyjoys? I figured being this deep into the franchise that if it was a possibility that it would have been mentioned.

Good question. I think their ships are their "kraken".

quote:

According to ironborn legend, Nagga was the first and mightiest sea dragon, a creature which fed on krakens and leviathans. She was slain by the Grey King, however, and her bones formed part of the Grey King's Hall. The alleged ruins of his hall still exist on Old Wyk, and Nagga's Bones are the traditional location where each Kingsmoot is held.

quote:

Lord Ardrian Celtigar of Claw Isle is rumored to have a magical horn which can summon krakens from the deep.

Claw island is near dragon stone...

frick yeah. good shite. The sea battle imo was one of the better battles. I'm not sure a kraken necessarily makes it better, but if its on a sigil it better exist or have existed in the meta.

Dude. STFU. This is a TV show based on a fantasy series. There are dragons, and ice zombies, and 10,000 year old Children of the Forest... but the sails not being damp enough in the fog is too unbelievable for you to enjoy the show?

I bet you're tons of fun at parties

All the scripts got leaked, the ending to this season is pretty bad arse. Just be prepared for the night's king in the last episode of the season....
