Are you serious?

Majority of what he said was artful brilliance, wrapped in jocularity.

And shockingly, some people take some things half serious, half of the time, sometimes they take things mostly serious some of the time and a little serious all of the time. Especially when some dingleberry is talking mindless shite on your hometown.

You, Eddie, take nothing serious all of the time.

Which is why you're a wanker. A full time wanker. Which isn't an insult to you, since you've fully embraced your fat, degenerate, cum stained life.

Look little man, I understand that you are upset with me. Your attempts to rile me up with baseless comments about my life won't work. So might I suggest a different angle.

You're gum on my shoe, broseph.

I think so little of you, in all honesty, I have zero intent to rile you up, in this case my intent was simply to cut through the blubber into your soul with some painful truth because you said something to my buddy.

There are frickers around here who I actually mildly respect, despite regular disagreements. You, no.

But, you make a good point. Fella's like yourself aren't going to get riled up by comments about your degenerate lifestyle, you've fully embraced it -- so no point in trying make you feel bad about it. Enjoy the bus stop.

I'll use this thread to brag about the upswing of the Loop for Stlers who haven't been down there in awhile.

Wash U built new dorms and apartments on Delmar, in the heart of the Loop. It's having a huge impact. Lots of good things happening.

Trolley system being put in soon, too.

Good to hear, the Loop always had such potential. The last time I was down there was about 5 or 6 years ago to see a blues show at The Pageant after a daytime Cards game, it looked great. The Pin-Up Alley, etc. after the show we headed down to Morganford and hit a hole in the wall tavern. Had a blast.

Long day though.

I used to spend a lot of time digging through the records at Vintage Vinyl during my formative years. Lots of personality all over U City.

Took my kids down to the loop last week and dragged the oldest into Vintage Vinyl. "These are records."

There used to be a crazy homeless-ish guy that would hang out and greet people at Vintage Vinyl, he wore a tank top, spandex shorts, and a tu-tu, and always had a 40 of Busch or some other shite beer.

I would get a pack of bidis and smoke one with him out front. Good times.
