I've read that sometimes they'll dry-run the death scenario multiple times and the victim goes through it without knowing which one is the actual snuff film until it's too late.
I'm sure there are other horrid methods, too. These are truly sick fricks in every fricking sense of the word.

One of the reasons we didnt use it since was likely due in some part to the commies having some of their own pointed up our butthole for x number if years.
