My go to is always a ribeye....

And all steaks medium rare... I also tend to prefer a rub versus a marinade... just salt, pepper, and garlic usually... or some tony's or slap ya momma.

medium rare, otherwise depends on the situation if I'm grilling at home. Obviously, ribeye if you're in a hurry or just going to toss it right on the grill after bringing it home because of the fat, it cooks better and has more juices. If you marinade long enough that strip or sirloin won't be so tough.
