Yep, this. This will last you a long time. You could get some ground beef or ground Italian sausage to mix in with the sauce for aound $5. Add a loaf of bread for less than $2, and this can last at least 4-5 days for around $10.

Hamburger helper is another cheap option that will last a few days.

5 pack for 2.99 (less than a dollar a link) and buy a bunch and freeze them.
