Sorry to hear about your grandma.

I start sales training tomorrow and have to be up at 5:30am but can't seem to fall asleep.

What a hellhole West Memphis is. The smell crossing the bridge always reminds me of sweaty locker rooms and stale french fries.

We went to the Kroger there a week after we moved in because Google said it was closer than the one on Union, which it is, but holy hell that place was awful. Never again. We just go to the one on Highland now.

Hey guys! Just got back from a mother's day dinner. We drove to austin and made some stuff at my grandmas house. I still don't understand how every grandma has such great cooking skills.

The three slice method? Nah not yet, I had one yesterday traditional style but I'm going to have another tomorrow so I'll try it then.

Also today in Austin. I saw some high person crawl across the street and nearly got run over by an oil truck that din't see him. It was ridiculous.

Does anyone know if a half a propane tank would be enough to smoke a brisket on a gas grill?

Probably. When we smoke brisket we use about a bucket a little bigger than the size of a beer pitcher full of coal since we don't use gas.

My smoker got stolen last summer and my spare is down on the coast. So was going to use our gas grill.

Usually I use a Oklahoma Joe's smoker I got from Academy with Jim Beam Chips in a aluminum pan covered with foil. Not as messy and you just throw a new chip thing in when it burns up and you can control heat better as youre not always opening the smoker

I just fried bacon and then eggs in the bacon grease while drinking woodford. There are upsides to being home
