I mean good gravy. It's like me saying all of Houston sucks because Beaumont is close. That Crystal Beach is no Kiawah, Corrolla or Hatteras.
Of course Lake O' The Pines is no Sea Pines but shite, ETx is beautiful in it's own way.

East Texas sucks. If it was hill country Big Bend or one of the cities I might put up an argument but unless you love Brookshire Brothers and large pine trees go to the Carolinas
