I assumed that was in Russia. Was that in Atlanta? That is illegal and I hope he has to pay for repairs to the car.

I was telling somebody the other day how everytime I drive through Atlanta I see packs of these thugs on crotch rockets doing this shite. I don't know how they don't cause more accidents.

Atlanta boasts some of the worst traffic and worst drivers in the country - I hate driving over there.

Lane splitting is legal in California due to traffic jams, when traffic is stopped it allows motorcyclist to cut thru. I wouldn't lane split at speed because everything is moving to fast in tight quarters and you can end like the dude in the video.
I don't think he was driving like a douche. He will get ticketed for rear ending the car and lane splitting if it isn't legal there.
People in cars get aggressive when they see motorcycles driving faster or weaving in and out of
traffic. They aren't being douches for the most part (some are) mostly just looking for the soft spots in traffic between the cars and trucks that tend to be in bunches.

They sure do get aggressive, including women. One knocked me off my cycle for trying to go around her in 10 mph traffic. Claimed she didn't see me. It was when I lived in Atlanta, of course.

I've seen more dick heads on crotch rockets than sane considerate people. There's only one reason to buy one...go fast and our stupid cars inhibit that ability.

But it's the truth. The issue is that the younger and dumber motorcycle enthusiasts are drawn to these models. I'm not looking down the nose of my Harley at sport bike riders but the young and dumb perception is reality. It's not everybody but it's enough that the perception is what it is.

There is no possible way to defend people that drive like that. Its one of my pet peeves. I understand that you have to be more defensive when on a motorcycle, however that does not mean you have to drive 50 mph faster than everyone else while weaving in and out and in between lanes, endangering other people like a fricking moron.

Who was in danger? He was actually in a lane when the car switched lanes going much slower than the rest of traffic.
