I'm 30 years older but I take it when I get a tightness in my chest.I've had all the heart tests and my heart is fine.

I even called 911 one morning when I was having chest pains.

Xanax does the trick for me.

High blood pressure and stress. No need to say more. You need to get this under control a.s.a.p. You might be only 23 but stress, and you're describing an extreme case, is a killer.

Do you have a family physician who can refer you to a good shrink? There are many wonderful drugs now, including Xanax, that can help you get this under control. Best of luck.

I don't think there is a good shrink in this area

I just founded a C corp company and got approved for a 2 million dollar investment and am trying to get all the paperwork and filings right, and the guy I made a previous lease agreement on the land with changed his mind last minute and I'm rushing to find another place to lease for my catfish farm operation and on top of all that I have a job I have to keep doing until all of this goes through and I can run my own company, so it's about to make my brain explode

The lethargy and tachycardia makes me think you might be anemic. At your age/level of health diabetes seems less likely.

I'd make an appointment for a physical and blood work.

Sounds like high blood pressure bud.

And AIDS. But you knew that already.

You should go see a doctor instead of asking questions here...it's all speculation.

But I would check your blood sugar/hemoglobin A1c and thyroid to start.

Chagas Disease? WAY down on the differential. LoL...Occam's Razor.

I didn't think of that. That actually makes a lot of sense

Take Roger Klarvin and LSUERDOC's advice.

You probably hate going to the doc, but if it's bad enough to worry you and ask the OT, then go to the doc.

had my first attack 4 years ago. always thought that it was bullshite. however, I thought I was having a heart attack. my heart was racing uncontrollably and I was shaking. went to emergency room and was handed a Xanax. been on nerve meds ever since. the shite will sneak up on you and you have no idea why. stress it a silent killer. calm down, buddy.

Yep. I was under extreme stress a few months back and this happened to me. I nearly fainted on the bus, lost vision in my left eye at one point and felt like there was an earthquake when I walked -- stress can make a bunch of shite surface.

A lot you may not even know of. Take some time off or try to just do something relaxing.
