Yes.

I'm an attorney. Why the hell would I want to spend time around a bunch of lawyers?

My best friend didn't graduate college. I have only been in Nashville for about a year. My best friend here is a doctor. We share an office and he is a good guy with kids around the same age as mine.

I have life long freinds and friends that I have made during my stops along the way. I tend to pick my friends based on common interests. Education level is not really a big deal to me.

Not really. Pretty much all of my friends are students or recently graduated.

What a weird thread. Most of the people I know growing up went to college, but none of them are as rich as an SEO consultant that was a fire fighter in the Air Force right out of college. Google "happy yogurt boners" if you want to read a story about my weird friend that couldn't get laid in high school(I am not in that one I don't think but I'm in a few of his journal entries) that parlayed no college education in to millions by age 24. I mean I graduated from A&M, and I went to a great public high school where the rate of college attendance was like 95%. So the vast majority of people I hang out with on the weekends went to college, but when meeting new people I don't think it would register with me if they didn't. I truly don't care.

I have one friend that dropped out of high school and started his own landscape company. He does really well for himself considering. He had severe dyslexia and school was always a struggle for him.

Rest of my friends have at least some college, most finished.

I pretty much stopped interacting with people who don't have at least a partial college education.

Even though I have a college education, I am not stupid - I think that fits pretty much my belief system about college - sometimes people actually get a useful education when completing a degree - sometimes

Every single one of my students has a BA and some even have an MA.

I didn't even graduate high school.

Yes. One of the smartest, well rounded guys I know never went to college.

A lot of the people going to college today have no business going, this is really starting to show up in the governments employment stats, so many are getting degrees and working in jobs that do not require a 4yr degree, all the while piling up huge student loan debt. I have many friends with and without 4 yr degrees. When conversing with them in a mixed crowd of degreed and not degreed individuals I can't really see much difference other than at some point the degreed people are looking for a spreadsheets, must be the work enviroment

I've known some really smart people who never went to college. I've known some really dumb people with bachelor's and master's degrees.

Education doesn't factor into who I choose to befriend.

Yes, many. I came from a small rural town so I have lots of rural friends. You don't need much more than a high school and trade school education to make a good living in Ascension Parish. I have a bachelors, but many of my friends don't.

Maybe 50% of my friends didn't finish college. The other half is more bachelors and some masters with a couple of PhDs. I have a masters.
