Do I really need to wait 2 weeks to play with my dog after he's been fixed?

It's been 9 days and all he wants in this life is to throw that frisbee again. Any experience in this department?

I'm not a vet but my lab was fine after a day. Short of sedating him there was nothing I could have done to make him less active outside the kennel. I'd say give the incision a good once over, but if it has been nine days you're probably fine.

As long as you don't play with his dick, he should be fine.

My pup was back to playing 3 days after her spaying. It's impossible to keep puppies inactive, so I didn't really even try. I let her be the guide, and she was pretty lethargic for 2 days, then back to normal.

Probably not, but be gentle with him and don't cause him to strain too much.

No you don't. shite mine was fine after the drugs wore off. Just make sure the cut doesn't open and don't let him lick it

How long do you think you would need after you had been fixed?
