I'm sick and tired of the disrespect for police officers. It takes a special kind of stupid to think that police officers are on this planet just to keep you from having fun. Police officers are doing the same thing everyone else is and that is earning a living to support their families. RIP officer Greg Alia.

Do you know the full story? It wasn't because he was a cop that he was killed, it was in the line of duty.
A guy had been sitting on the bench outside of a Bank of America every day for a month and yesterday that same guy was sitting in all black with gloves on.
Bank manager called the cops, as most would've done at that point. The guy was chased to the mall and the cop was killed. It's terrible but people are making it sound like he was another cop just killed for being a cop. Like the guys in NYC who were killed in their cars.

I think killing someone goes a little beyond "disrespect" or thinking that they are "keeping you from having fun".

Yes. Which was exactly my point. This wasn't a murder of a cop because he was a cop.

Twice as many cops die from auto accidents and being fat asses than violence. Great to see the vast majority of on duty deaths don't bother you.
