Got to have white noise. Sleep with a decently loud fan going. Otherwise my ears will ring and drive me crazy (Tunitis sp?). I don't ever like dead silence. I like some sort of noise going all the time. Doesn't have to be loud or anything.

I can sleep in just about any environment, but I sleep with a fan on. I prefer a little white noise, and I and am incredibly warm natured, so I also need the breeze.

I have 4 kids.
I wouldn't know.
But we do sleep with a fan.
I remember my dad would always take a fan with him on vacation. Had to have it.
