Read a really creepy account of one of these stories. It was Halloween night so there were several kids trick or treating in the neighborhood. The doorbell rang very late that night which the lady found unusual. She answered the door and a young boy about 12 years old and an 8 year old girl were standing there. The boy said they were lost and needed to come inside to call their mom. The lady offered instead to call for them. The boy was eating an apple and seeing that the phone angle didn't work asked to be invited in to get ketchup for his apple. Uneasy, the woman refused them entry. Finally the boy said his sister needed to use the bathroom. This got her to let the kids in. She followed the boy to the phone and then noticed the boy's solid black eyes. The boy then said to her he was there to "collect her". She ran out of the house in terror to a neighbor's house. When they got back they saw no sign of the kids other than a half eaten apple in the hallway.

As a black eyed adult (formerly a black eyed kid) I resent this thread. We are always portrayed as evil and man when I was a teenager people ALWAYS thought I was stoned because they mistakenly thought my eyes were dilated. The only way you can distinguish the black of my pupils from the black of my irises is via a direct up close and very bright flashlight shone in my eyes and even then my irises are a darker shade of brown than ~99 percent of super-dark brown eyed people.

Just about but I have more almond shaped eyes and no white hair and of course am far better looking. ;-) But yeah they are that dark. That's how you would see my eye color if you met me.Posted on 4/3/14 at 5:08 pm to Prof

Under a flashlight they're technically a super dark brown. But under normal light yeah it's odd. It's one of the of the things people always remember about me and sometimes comment on. I had two friends who'd just moved out from Cali in HS and the first time I went over to their house - their parents flipped out once I left and were going to forbid us from hanging out. They told me they had to explain to their parents that my eyes weren't dilated but always that color.
It does creep some people out but only when I give mean looks. Most people think they're cool though. I figure it won't really be creepy until my hair turns white or gray. Then I plan on scaring the hell out of kids.

I see what you're saying but you do have SOME white in the sclera of your eyes. These kids have none. They also give off a creepy aura that you would likely not give off.

^True. It's just a running joke with me because black eyed ppl so often portrayed as evil even when there's sclera.
