Same here haven't seen a doctor in over 10 years. I also cut my own hair, I don't like people touching me.
Also fear of asking for directions. I rather get lost for hours then ask somebody.

My biggest fear is probably having a Stroke or equivalent and being trapped in a body that can't communicate.

I haven't had any visuals yet. I feel something kind of lingering around though. It's quite strange.
