At first by little smokey I thought he meant liquid smoke.

wasabiyaki is a great marinade for just about anything. Had it on steak, chicken, fish, veggies, burgers, and turkey burgers. Can't go wrong.

This. Quality meat doesn't need anything on a BGE except for the normal heat source and time.
