i don't drink alchol so that was never an issue for me. but Clemson has plenty of bars, nearby Anderson has more,

the reason athens has more bars is it has more professional schools post under grad that bring in more students over 21. i think if you look at bars per student, Clemson comes out simlar to Athens. Clemson is relative small compared to UGA at only 20,000 or so , under grad and graduate students combined.

This is literally the dumbest post I have ever seen you make, and that's saying a lot. If you actually think the amount of bars in Clemson and Athens are even CLOSE to comparable per student, you must be retarded.

According to the US News on best places to live in America...

1. Denver, CO
2. Austin, TX
3. Fayetteville, AR

46. Columbia, SC

Its unfortunate that Clemson cannot be found on this list that was recently released.

You've likely never been to NWA with a comment such as yours.

the supply of bars in Clemson must meet the demand, or ther would be more bars. Clemson U has a lot less students, and Athens is a bigger city.

i kind of doubt you know much about the bar scene in CU though. lol

Bars per student?

So you just make up these fictional statistics just to support your dumb argument?

Athens is better than Clemson in every way.

Just GTFO.

clemson bars meet the demand. that's how the free market works. if there are too many bars, some of them go out of busines.

you don't have to go to bars to drink alcohl, and Clemson has been the no. 1 party school in America along with the most fun.

why is it good to have more bars, if beer, etc tastes the same in all of them. if a student wants to go to a bar in Clemson, he can go to one of them.

Boone is a cool small town and ASU has a nice campus, but App State doesn't have a great reputation and it gets crazy cold there with a lot of snow and ince on roads.

if it wasn't so cold, it would be comparable to Clemson without the engineering programs and elite football team.

UGA doesn't have ESPN Magazin'e no. 1 best college sports bar, The Esso Club in Clemson.

Esso Club has been in operaton since 1933 and was coverted from a gas station that i believe was called Esso.

Esso Club

Dick Vitale loves the Esso so you know it is the best of the best. lol

That is not what you said, you said that the number of bars per students is about the same, which it's not, not even close.

2 of my close friends graduated from Clemson, grew up less than 40 minutes away from there, been there countless number of times. I guarantee you that I know more about Clemson than you know about Athens, as you are clearly proving.

u realize UGA has over twice as many students, undergrad and grad combined?

u will be dividing the number of bars in Athens by a much large number of students, than Clemson.
