Back Side of 30 & New to dating

Some facts...
I got divorced back in April after 12.5 years of marriage and 15+ years of a committed relationship.
My Ex Wife and Children now live out of state.
So I've "seen" the wimmins, I wouldn't say date.
It's gone like this...
Woman solicits me ( as I have made no effort to do much of anything ), I say okay.
We go out to dinner or what have you. Woman says she wants a relationship, I say me too. Woman says she's tired of guys looking just for sex...I say okay. Towards end of night we end up at one of ours place, fooling around but no seck.
The next morning, every single time chick calls and asks me to come back over or if she can come over. The seck occurs over the weekend like hormonal rabbits.
I see Chick one more time with the seck.
Chick turns into thin air in about a week.
I'm a gentleman, I am nice, I don't act like a jerk.
My kids now live out of state. I go visit them and I've never had a chick see me before and after I go visit my kids.
So my question is, are chicks getting spoked off because of the situation with my kids or is this just how woman act these days?
I've been out of dating for a very long time and it seems to me that "I want a relationship" is code for "I want the seck but not feel like a prostitute"
Any advice? Wimmins?

I've considered that honestly. But I'm not entirely sure I care.
I'm just trying to figure out the rules.

Was the sex good? It may be that she feels you have too much baggage (kids...ex). It may also be that she is testing your interest level. It may be that she was contacted by an exlover that she really cares for. Who knows? I'd say, date without sex. Only date someone more than a couple of times if the chemistry is good. Still, no sex.

Been there. 39 years old. Married 17 years before my divorce. Date as many women as you can. Get as much tail as you can and have fun. Don't jump back into a LTR until you've been divorced a few years at least.

Pretty much. It'd be helpful if I knew what I was doing to make such events occur.

You have to stick with people in the beginning -- but in a perfect balance of caring without caring too much.
If you go more than a day or two without making them laugh or engaging them in some kind of conversation you're going to lose them.
They all have so many options, and so many guys texting them or tindering or bumbling or match.coming or okcupid.coming them you must stay in positive communication with them until radar is locked.

This is an obvious one. You suck at sex or/plus you have a tiny dick. First , tell me you are divorced? That will help me help you.

Divorced 37 year old who has no problem getting laid and , if I choose , holding on to them. This was the case for several years and I'm now engaged. I do , however , only have one son and he just started college on a full baseball scholarship. So I don't have to deal with the ex any longer and my dealings with my son are awesome and have always been. Hopefully you don't have one of those evil ex wifes! If so , you're fricked until kids are grown.

I've been single for a while and dated a bit. Of I learned anything it's this. Don't expect women to do anything rational. Whatever just say next and keep gojng? Your probably not doing any thing wrong. Women do hat they do for their reasons I stopped trying to understand by years ago just next.
I once had a girl that was basically living with me and I was:crazy about sit me down or night, ask me why I was fricking the invisible werewolf woman the room and why I didn't tell her that i got the invisible werewolf pregnant, get her stuff walk out and never heard from her again. I was actually kinda hurt ui loved that girl :(
