Honest and truthful answer is this, tailgating is a free for all and they are used to keep cars out of areas where they don't want them. Clemson's tailgating with IPTAY allows them to have a tailgating parking place, ours does not so people park everywhere for game days. That and most of our parking lots that were pseudo close to campus are now housing means people go bonkers while parking.

ok, looks like alabama also has more than u typically see on college campuses. but they run a little chain thing through the bollards which helps a little.

i personally wud just pay some college kids to tell people to not park on the grass on game day rather than have all the bollards. i understnad having them at the entrace to those concourses b/c u probably wud have idiots driving down them if not.

Has this alter always included the grammar/spelling schtick or is that a new twist?

I asked geeves, but the results were not that great...

not sure why u all hostile b/c i was asking about the bollards on Auburn campus. it is a good campus, i think it would look better without so many bollards. i'd rather cars drove up on the grass than have all those bollards. no big deal.

given auburn is known as clemson without a lake, you have a standard to uphold. best is the standard.

i was looking to see if Auburn had its only ice cream shop like Clemson and other land grants. looks like they don't which is surprising.

i always thought it is pretty cool for a university to make and sell its own ice cream.

it looks like UGA, Miss State, and Missouri do. so those are my top 3 SEC schools. lol

Older Auburn grads can clarify but students could drive all over campus several years ago. I imagine it created a traffic clusterfrick.

You still technically can but Auburn has been a walking campus for quite some time. Right now about the only roads on campus you can drive on is Donahue and Samford.

My roommate use to drive down Thach right next to the Haley Center. He was only a couple of years older than me. This would have been around 03-04
