Are the Millenials bummed about the solar eclipse?

It seems folks are let down about the eclipse. Was it not as much fun as expected? It sure didn't last long.
Are folks a little pissed about it?
I had ready seen one. I think a violent thunderstorm or a tornado is way more impressive. Hurricanes are pretty fricked up.
Thoughts?

If you are doing it right, it shouldn't last long

They'll just go back to making their piss-bombs to throw at the cops that are protecting them from getting skulldragged by the alt-right

seems like the only people bummed are people that label other people based on the year they were born. that and arkansas fans are always bummed

Only in the fact they had to get out of bed to go look at it.

I just thought it was ridiculous that schools here and many county governments in the area shut down all day for something that lasted less than 2 minutes. Schools have fire drills that last longer. It was pretty cool if you are in an area that had full totality, though.

technically it lasted for about 3 hours. totality was around 2 minutes if you were in the path.

I'm well past millennial stage and I found it a bit of a letdown.
The one in 2024 (?) is supposed to be better for us.

I hate when the climax of the event only lasts 2 minutes.
What a let-down.

quote:with the best QB (a 5th year), best OC, improved line w/ 4stars everywhere, 4 stars at TE, WR, RB, a solid DC, a better scheme, and a pretty decent schedule, coupled with all the drama around the league and you pick the Hogs LAST? Your bias is showing, bruh. You mad-online about that shut-out still, huh?

Not a millennial, but I'm a little miffed I blew $1,000 on mortar shells and roman candles and it didn't even get dark enough you could see the stuff.

shite, Arkansas fans see eclipses all the time. Every time Fat Bert walks up and down the field he eclipses the sun.
If the fricker farts, the temperature in the stadium rises 5 degrees on a hot day.
