you're a pretty diverse fella.

physics kicked my arse in college. I could have used a tutor. I've never been happier with a B.

ended up in math after starting out in engineering so I could help with engineering until people got to their upper level courses. I took two physics courses in high school and took a few in college because it interested me and the math I was doing coincided with a lot of the physics coursework.

Econ and Finance I took some lower level courses as I was planning to go to grad school in one of those fields or MBA. Decided I had no clue why I was going to grad school about a month before I was supposed to start so I canceled that plan and moved to NO to find a job while I figured it out.

The tutoring helped me stay afloat while I looked for permanent employment but I was making real good tax fee money so I kept a couple of the kids with deep pocketed parents on for some extra cash.

It's great that you have the ability to use your knowledge to not only provide for yourself, but to help others as well.

Gardening can be a fairly profitable hobby.

Or so they say anyways.

I inherited some woodworking equipment from my dad. Started getting to it about a year ago. Turns out it's enjoyable, guy stuff... Compressors, nail guns, 10,000rpm table saws, band saws, sanders, cold beer, what could go wrong? Been designing & selling a few rustic barnwood/pallet wood UGA plaques, just came up with a Bama plan & started making them this week... I think AU or the Braves is next...

Selling a few on facebook group pages & by word of mouth... a few examples...

Just a hobby but I'm breaking even...

I turned a hobby/family treat into a business.

I'm opening my first store in the next few months and it appears as though it's going to go well already.

It's a lot better than my former job.

You could probably make a fortune on something like Etsy with those things. If you did a Kentucky pattern with the old Power K I'd buy one.

Get your wife to handle the Etsy business, there's an estrogen requirement to even participate in the discussion on Etsy.

But I agree with Belle.

That may have to get added to the pile of things kills is going to do. It's a fairly sizable pile
