Well, not sure if it was snow related or not, but yesterday evening some idiot cut a fiber optic cable, and I just now got internet back. And AT&T seems to have been impacted by the storm, because I couldn't get online on my phone either. What a nightmare! 
i don't think this one was quite as bad as they were predicting. They said 6-12 inches, and it doesn't seem like we got much more than 6" in Columbia.

I don't wanna hear it
Been in Minnesota for a week and a half and consistently have 6-10 inches on the ground. And it was -22 at one point.

I only have to live here for ten months and then I'm back in Nashville. They said it doesn't really warm up until about June...

Yeah, I've heard it's pretty cold up there. I've never been though. It's cold enough in Missouri for me!
In the last week, we've had about 20+ inches of snow. I honestly don't mind one or two snows a year. I've now had them, and am ready for spring.

well I'll be going to Minneapolis this weekend for the first time and will take a bunch of pics for the board. I assume most haven't been this far north

I lived in St. Louis for several years, it's a nice place. Hope you got to see a Cards game in the spring! There's nothing like playing hooky for a day and sitting outside in the sunshine, watching a game and drinking an adult beverage or two!

Oh, I have an iPhone! I couldn't get an internet connection on it all day until just a while ago. Trust me, I tried!!! I assumed it was weather related.

I haven't been yet. I'm in a small town outside of Minneapolis. I don't expect much given that I have lived in downtown Nashville for 2 years before this.

I think I went to Paddy O'Brians...I was slightly intoxicated But yea I saw the parade. Good times.
