Georgia Southern NAACP list of demands
I don't know much about the circumstances, but this is now what every school has to deal with when there are incidents of racism (no matter how poorly documented, no matter how isolated). Are these demand letters going to pop up left and right now?
ETA: apparently a GSU student made a social media post "that some feel is threatening", per this local news brief

I am completely surprised that the person they want to be president of the university is black.

What I don't like about it is that their desired president is currently the interim president. Isn't that what equality is about? The woman is already serving as interim, and is getting the same consideration as any other candidate.
