If I was a billionaire I'd move to one of the states with non, just to be the only one there

Just eyeballing & not plugging in any numbers (or looking up the actual sq miles of both states), I'd bet that Missouri likely has more wineries by sq mile ... but that Texas has more billionaires by sq mile.
I'm ok with that.
