I would say yes. Maybe we could bring back enough to at least experiment with. It doesn't undergo radioactive decay so it would be safer than any other commercially available energy source. It may be a pipedream to realistically get enough to earth to use but it is worth the effort imo. In the future maybe we will be advanced enough to fly to Saturn and mine it straight from the ringed planet but right now the moon is the logical choice.

Private company plans on mining the lunar surface starting in 2020 for profit. Mentions that helium 3 could provide power on earth for thousands of years.
