She will raise her money then decide to not follow through with the legal process. I wonder what will happen to the money then

Well she is a career fraudster anyway.

Not even sure she would need legal representation.

If you use GoFundMe funds for something other than stated intent, are you liable to return the funds to the donors?

I seriously don't know.

I hate how people comment about football being too big of a priority for colleges like the woman on her gofundme. "It Pays For Itself!!!" Besides it's a fraction of the Federal funding given for research and academics. Football does not make a University suffer. Title IX on the other hand...

No, but fraudulent gofundme pages can be removed.

She also stated legal representation AND "living expenses".

So basically, pay my bills guys!!!

If she had a "real" whistle-blower case, in Missouri there would be a line of plaintiff's lawyers willing to take this case up on contingency. Employment litigation in Missouri is easy money thanks to the Missouri Supreme Court. This money is going into her pockets to fund her lifestyle after losing her job with the University because she's going to be blackballed from teaching for the rest of her life.

If true on the 24 times claim of being in court since 2005, my bigger question is why/how the hell did the athletic department allow her to tutor our athletes?

"Yolanda Kumar

I have plead guilty for passed three bad checks, 2009 and 2010 in Cole and Boone County, respectively. I have been late numerous times with both Modern Property and Columbia Property Management, which resulted in rent and possession petitions being filed. In fact, I'm currently in eviction status due in court in Monday, November 5. There's no shame that I've had debt and I'm in debt. I have been married and divorced. I have two sons. Many Americans have debt and fill the courtrooms across this country. So, don't waste your energy with trying to debt shame me. It's okay that you're angry with me for participating in academic fraud. It is, what it!"

Yo Yolanda...it's December.

In fairness to the human resources department, I think she was "hired" before 2005.

When people complain about a school giving too much to the football program it is so idiotic. Especially complaining because it only helps male athletes. If it weren't for the 85 male scholarships, many women's programs would not exist nor would the women get free education. Not to mention the $16 million surplus of the footbal program that goes to other departments.

Oh and Alabamas enrollment has contiuously gone up since saban has been there and students overwhelmingly point out the football teams success as their motivating factor.

My daughter will hopefully be able to get a lacrosse scholarship thanks to a football program.
