Well you will be surprised tomorrow then.

For all the talk of oppression I think it's pretty oppressive the power these activists hold over common sense and the ability to ruin a mans livelihood and hard earned position.

If the board gives in to this flimsy outrage, the result will be devastating for the school financially. What donor would be interested in supporting such stupidity?

You would be shocked.

It's about 60/40 on powermizzou wanting him ousted and supporting the team in their fight against the N word being said less than it had come out in one 10 minute clip from the homecoming parade and fecal drawings everywhere

He shouldn't. Unrealistic expectations and overreactions should not be rewarded.

Hopefully some in the national media will point out how absurd this whole protest is.

Clay Travis is already.

To be very honest, it's embarrassing to have this type of controversy cloud hovering above Mizzou. We've had so much national attention brought upon us in the past 3 years. No one was killed, hurt or even TOUCHED and we have thousands of students wanting a guy who had nothing to do with this fired. Like come on. It's very frustrating.

Sometimes I think Clay Travis is the only national media member with any common sense. At the very least he is the only one with a set of balls.

Chancellor Loftin leaves University Hall. Asked if he has a comment on tonight's meetings, "Of course not."

Sounds like they've ended for the night.

Someone gets it.

OK I need the cliffs on this but let me see if I understand what's going on:

A couple or very few people saying stupid/racist shite to black students

A human poop swastika (IMO this is anti-Semitic and not racist towards black students....not downplaying it just saying)

Some students now have a list of demands with number 1 being for the President of the university to admit is white privilege.

Am I missing something or is this much to do about not much? Again NOT downplaying racism of any kind but SYSTEMATIC racism doesn't exist in CoMo from these incidents.

Then what do you call a gathering of people trying to force someone in authority to do something they want. (French Revolution, etc)

Shall I pick a different noun for you?

When 50.1% of the population (or mob) makes the rules, that is the definition of mob rules.....like it or not.

So you think 50.1 or greater agree with this "protest?"
