Who here penciled in a win against LSU on the road before the season started?

I surely didn't. I don't like the effort either, especially on defense, but expecting this team with a first year coach to walk into there and get a W was silly.

I picked us to lose this week.
It's still a night game at LSU. They beat teams that are better than them at night in BR. We're not better than them.
This is like the first half against Bama at home a couple years ago. Where we just folded up like bitches.
I trust Odom to properly motivate them at half. I do not trust our defense at all.

Yep. Pretty silly. I always have hope and dreams, but this team won't be good enough next year either. This is a fresh reminder that we need the players to compete at this level.

Dude, that makes it sound like Mizzou is better and if we didn't play like pussies we would have won. Plain and simple. We ain't on their talent level. We could have played with the hardest dicks around and still would have lost.

This looks like the uga thrashing 2 years ago where we got the back up to the heisman type back and got owned. It shows how good the offensive line is fir lsu's run game.

Wouldn't call it a pencil in win. But I said...
"I really think it all boils down to the trenches. Can Mizzou's Oline keep Lock upright? Can Mizzou's Dline continue to be effective against the run? Do those two things, plus zero turnovers and limit dropped passes and Mizzou has a real good chance at winning this game. I think the LSU secondary can be exploited if they can protect Lock. If they can't protect Lock, it'll be a long game. With the rushing attack we have, I don't think it's enough to overcome a stalled passing attack. It's all up to the big guys to get this done."

Yeh they have. They just failed in about every other aspect.
I agree on Witter. Also frick whoever made the decision to play him instead of Crockett with a cactus and throw a little glass in there with it.

Yeah, keeping Kul should have been a requirement for the new coach. The DL was Mizzous identity. Orgeron as HC with his recruiting and helping Kul develop as a DC would have been great.
