I think Georgia will make sure to put us away early this year; I don't think Tenn is as good as people are thinking.

I re-read through some of the opponent preview series on rockm, and it seem that SC, AR, and FL all have some pretty serious issues on some defensive position groups that weren't addressed through the portal or recruiting. I still don't know why everyone is so high on them with what has transpired this offseason.

AR has new OC and new DC and lost a ton of transfers.

My issue with Cook isn't even arm strength. Its reading the defense and completely overlooking open receivers on the other side of the field multiple times. Who cares if his arm is stronger after healing if he can't see the open guy.

TN is going to be good, but perhaps not as good as people think.

Georgia is going to be very good. New QB and new OC too right? We'll see if that changes anything.

LSU will be very good too.

Outside GA and LSU, I think we have a shot at everyone else if our offense shows up this year.

Our O-line was an issue last year, a couple of good transfers shore it up, but we don't have a ton of depth there.

WR is stacked.

RB is okay, although I want to see Jones get some touches.

I can see 9-3 ceiling. I can also see 5-7 floor if the offense doesn't figure it out.

I said 7-5 on the rand poll, but my optimistic goggles would lean 8-4. We'll see.

We will finish the season somewhere between 5-7 and 7-5.

Too pessimistic for me; I see a higher ceiling for us than 7 wins. Really depends on our OC and how long the offense takes to gel.

I think we finish top 3.

I am currently cashing out the 401k and liquidating as much as I can. Just so I can put it on the over for our O/U wins of 6.5.

Not sure I'm THAT optimistic but I think 6.5 over is a solid bet. Just not the farm solid.

Then you need to start believing in Drinkwitz will make the jump to win more than 7 games this coming season.

This time of year my glasses are always rosey. I'm going 8-4 until it happens!!

The new OC finds his quarterback and the shaky line finds it's way. The D is world class and we make a serious run for the SEC Championship.

Make it so dammit! I'm getting old!!

I think our defense will be very good and take us to 8 or 9, as long as qb play is adequate.
