I get the pain losing a star player. We haven't had a RB the quality of Gurley, but we've had our share of being snake bitten. Heck, against SC, we had one WR that had any real experience. Bottom line is, your staff has put together solid classes and it literally will be next man up. Y'all will be solid.
Here's to a competitive but injury free game this weekend.

Jokes on mizzou fans, Gurley knew what he was doing all along. Why risk missing any of the baseball games for a stupid football game when its still early in the season. Good eye there toddy.

Anyhow. I feel for y'all. It sucks. And it's sounding like Gurley may have made some really poor decisions, leaving your AD with few options. But Georgia is doing the right thing to protect their entire program. And you'll be just fine, you're a very talented team. I would still not be surprised if you win tomorrow.

In fairness, Georgia is still a threat. We can hope the disruption keep you guys off of your game.
Frankly, the suspension is bull shite. Everybody involved with college sports makes a ton of money except the kids sacrificing their bodies. I'm not upset about that. I am a little concerned about the quality of your education in Georgia - $80? Really? Someone give him an economics text - he should have held out for $2k.

And they have the sack to call us Milk Toast. Bunch of vag snivelers.
Onto the game... I would have rather faced Gurley.
Our team M.O. has been to fly under the radar, get underestimated and overlooked. Now they'll be forced to do a gut check and circle wagons.
I think it'll be a referendum on the 2014 Dawgs. Either they rally and we get crushed by a power running team (again), or they/Mason melts under the pressure, our big dogs eat, and finger pointing ensues while Missouri pulls out another one the country figures they shouldn't.
Today smells like a great day to start a new created turnover streak.
