I was speaking with a Mizzou alumni at lunch today and he seemed to think y'all will pull the mayor after the bulls drop him.
That would be a home run hire imo and would put Mizzou basketball back on the map.

We would lose our minds with joy if we got him. That said, there are 300,000 Mizzou Alumni alive today. So unless your buddy is a massive donor his opinion is quite naive.

Joking aside... I still think Missouri would be better off going for a young coach with a lot of fire and energy. Yeah, you'd have a rougher start but put a good young guy in a position where he can remake Missouri basketball into a powerhouse.
