Alright, so now we are at the point of our talks, do you guys think that if I were AA I would make a good president for the Debate team?

If I lived in Missouri, I would go. I get all the arguments, but at the end of the day, I'm a Mizzou football fan. I am not happy with how this went down, but I don't want to contribute to the program falling back into the cellar of college football. We've come too far. I didn't stop going to basketball games because of the Rocky Clemons fiasco, and I won't stop supporting the football team because of this. It only adds to the problems we face. We will get through it easier without further erosion. IMO.

I'll be surprised if there's wholesale boycotting. They're already predicting 40-45,000 (less than the last 3 KC games), anything less than that number will be telling.
But I'm betting at least some of the no-shows have less to do with the recent events...and more to do with the shitty play this year.

frick it, I'm boycotting for the rest of the season. I just have no tolerance for ignorance, racist pricks, incompetence, and sheer stupidity on all sides.
I'm leaving the basketball team out of this though. I will support them unless they catch the stupidity fever too.

To be honest, I really don't give a frick what you or they do. All I know is that it's tiresome and it's all about nothing. Like I said almost a week ago, I'm still gonna sleep good tonight, I'm still gonna get up in the morning and work a full day, I'm still gonna come home to a dinner on the table, I'm still gonna have the sex with the wife and do it all over again. In other words, none of this shite is gonna matter or change anything in my life now and especially not in 6 months.
