Never liked that dude for one minute. It's always about him.

Does he ever have anything positive to say?

You know Spike is bad when the rappers and thugs from Chicago are pissed at the Chi-raq movie. He stole their term and made the problems in Chicago like a parody/comedy. And Nick Cannon being a"gangster" says it all.

The ESPN show a few weeks ago painted the football team in a positive light. This isn't necessarily a bad thing for Mizzou.

It will be bad press, Mizzou will be made to look like racists and ogres for the entire mess, there will be focus on Click, etc. I can't stand that guy.

Yup. Spike is a classic SJW, black rights activist. It will be the most slanted hit piece you could ever imagine.

It will stir shite right back up the moment it is released. Seriously frick the members of the football team that pulled this shite. Not only did that team suck balls, theyve done immense damage to both the university and football program.

....and these comments are the reason that the football team protested.

...and this is why you have a clown like Donald Trump running away with the nomination for the radical Republican Party.(referring this to the comments on this post)

That really doesn't make any sense, and Id never vote for Trump.

That doesn't mean the crybaby, SJW, safe space shite doesn't piss me off.

Do you understand the difference between the TN players involvement in protesting and what happened at Mizzou? According to the article, they took part in a planned protest. On their own time, not during the season, didn't threaten to boycott a game and didn't demand someone's job. Great. They don't like the fact that funding was reduced and they protested. I whole-heartedly support their right to do so.

Now compare their actions to Mizzou's team. See the difference? I support the right of our football players to protest, and of anyone to protest for causes near and dear to them. But there are ways to go about it that make the same point without damaging the University. That's what bothers me.

And now we have Spike Lee doing an ESPN 30 for 30 on it. Which is likely to perpetuate the problem, throw more mud on Mizzou and affect recruiting. I hope I'm wrong.

I hear ya semo, but I suppose it can be argued that the way the Mizzou players did it was more effective. After all, it still has people talking about it now.

The conflict I suppose lies in what is more important to an individual. Without saying one side is right or one side is wrong, from what people have posted here, it sounds like the reputation of the University and program is the important issue while to the other side it is issues beyond the University or program. Again, not saying they're right, just that their concerns aren't the same as the concerns I hear discussed here.

Well, there are other angles to that. You don't have to nuke the middle east to get rid of all extremists. There are other options available that don't cause the amount of damage the football team did.

Additionally, while there may be a racial divide at the University, a lot of the stuff CS1950 were spouting was complete bullshite and everyone knows it. It didn't have to escalate the way it did

Now he's still on campus riling up CS1950.

Who could have seen this coming?

One of my biggest fears is that this will create racial divides among people who didn't feel divided before. Further damaging the University. Keep in mind, CS150 ha very few members. At the recent meeting where they asked media to leave, there were only 11 people there.

This is basically the case everywhere. Most normal people are getting sick of hearing about race being involved in everything.

I can't wait till we have to rename the White House.

Well, I'm enjoying my white privilege today.

Isn't it pass the time to expel this bunch? Nobody likes a trouble maker.
