2013

39.1 PPG
5.66 rushing yards per attempt
6,870 yards of offense
43.81% 3rd down success

2014

27.8 ppg
4.62 rush yds per attempt
5138 yards of offense
42.86% 3rd down success

2015

16.6 ppg
3.23 rush yards per attempt
2033 yards of offense so far
33% 3rd down success

Definite pattern in the 3 years under Henson and the 2 years under Ricker. GP ain't going anywhere, but you almost have to try to be this bad and even then, I'm not sure you can be this bad.

Heads should roll, no question. But I won't hold my breath. I'm afraid of a WDWWD moment.

That's not gonna work.

GP has got to make changes, and do it soon.

This offense is Dark Ages bad.

Last 3 games have been the 3 worst offensive performances I have ever seen.

12 points. 12.

3/41 on 3rd down. 7%.

SEVEN PERCENT

I hear ya. Even if I don't think KA is the man for the job, I also recognize that ya can't fire him. That's not gonna fix it currently.

But this...this is 2 to 3 years of a body of work from which to judge. And this year?!?!? This year is indefensible.

I saw nothing positive from the offense today.

Nothing.

Not a moment of, well, that looks better.

Nothing.

Shitty run game. Check.

Dropped passes. Check.

Lock not having enough time. Check.

Sure, you could say that the Oline was better, but it really wasn't.

So who do we go get to replace them?

Has to a coordinator at a mid-major that's tearing it up right? Toledo? Although there is a good chance that their HC is going to get a P5 job. Same with Memphis. Maybe Houston, or BGSU.

Rationally we know heads won't roll right now. There just isn't someone to step in right now with the exception of GP. I don't know who else could step in and be an OC and make a difference at this point. If it happens it won't happen until after the season.

But I do agree, there are several offensive coaches that need to go. Starting with the OC, find his replacement and go from there.

This could really be another watershed moment for GP to prove if it's up to the challenge of the SEC.

At other schools when one side of the ball has become an epic fail, heads under the top man roll.

If it's more of WDWWD fans will quit asking for the OL coach and OC and start asking for Pinkel's.

OC - Christensen

OL - Christensen

WR - Joker Phillips

RB - Georgia State RB coach (for recruiting)

QB - no idea

I considered Mangino for OC but I went with Christensen because he also coaches the OL.

Do you go with 2 OL coaches then?

That leaves Mizzou a coach short, unless you take a TE coach instead.

We can't do Christensen again. Can we?

I mean it's happen with other teams in the past, but I don't remember how it went.

There probably a reason why I don't remember.

Oh yeah, because it never works.
