It's very possible that Avery Johnson could actually be a better hire for Bama than Marshall would have been. I almost think if it were me and I had my choice, I'd rather have Johnson. Of course, I'd take KA over either Marshall or Johnson.

Johnson's style might work better in college than the NBA. He kept having issues with his PGs disliking him and his system. I'll always remember him for having a 67 win team and altering his lineup in game 1 to matchup small against an 8 seed and losing.
