There is still really good talent in Missouri in that class.

Lathon
Bishop
Thatch
Ramey is also not coming to Mizzou.
The rest Mizzou could get.

He was able to land Gordon (and others) because his boss is viewed as someone who is moderately competent as a Division one basketball coach (despite all evidence to the contrary) and because his boss has success in getting some players to the next level.
Until we have a coach like that, the assistants won't make much difference.

Ford is also a great closer. KA has had a bunch of super talented kids on campus. He just hasn't been able to close the deal. If Fulford was an assistant at SLU, I would expect top 10 type of classes every year.
