Why they don't put cameras in the Eastside upper deck is beyond me.

It is because of the sun. you'll notice that every north/south oriented stadium always has the main cameras located on the west side of the stadium. That is how the TV folks want it.

Now that makes sense. Stick them up in the west side tower then. The damn things need to be about 50 feet higher.

It reminds me of what happened with Arkansas after we joined the SEC. The Fayetteville stadium, to be frank, kind of blew. We played most of our important home games in Little Rock for Pete's sake. Two and a half hours away.
We had been working on upgrading it, but, with the steady money coming in from the SEC, that went from a bit here and a bit there to let's dump tens of millions of dollars here and there.
Y'all are finally used to having a steady, and plentiful, source of money coming in every year so things like a huge upgrade to your football stadium isn't something you worry about, it's something you just try to find the time to schedule so it will be ready for the season.

Don't be surprised to see him being the starter for the first half of the season.

Don’t be surprised if we end up .500.

Are you saying Mizzou ends up with a .500 record for starting Cook as the starting quarterback but goes above .500 record for starting someone else as the quarterback?

If the season started today, Cook is your starter. With that said, I doubt much changes in just 2 weeks as well. Cook will start, #2(looks like horn right now) will see reps, and look for those reps to grow over time.
I do not care who the starter is as long as its the best player. I think Drink has matured from his ways of playing who he likes the most personally.

I think they position the cameras so they dont easily show tons of empty seats when televising the game. ( That might be our AD's suggestion )
