Also giving you a down vote for reporting that

Was kind of wondering that when we took Ross.
At least we got him.

Even though I expected this it's still a kick in the nuts

Makes the pickup of Ross from OU that much more important. Hopefully he stays healthy and is our day 1 starter. We also need Crockett to be ready to go, or land the 4* Baylor RB and he plays right away. Witter and Walters have both shown nothing, and who knows what we have with Doherty since he missed all spring playing baseball.

Witter is better than people here think, but he's not a feature back.

JQ, i'm very upset with you and your comment.

I think we would have seen that last year if RH hadn't gone down. In situations where he has a little space to maneuver (and the grass isn't too high to trip him up), Witter could be a real assett.

Witter goes down in a stiff breeze.
Would be a serviceable Big 12 back/3rd down back. Not really an SEC back.

love how witter gets no break for the terrible offensive line, that might have been worse at run blocking than passing. but once a narrative gets started here it never fricking goes away.

He's thicker this year. Ran pretty tough in the spring game. Actually broke a tackle or two. Can make some things happen in space and is a excellent receiver.
There was no one on here tougher on him than me, but it looks like he has worked on his deficiencies. I still don't want him getting twenty carries a game, but in a reserve role he can make some plays for us.

The Oline was terrible.
We had a couple backs who still didn't trip over the line of scrimmage. Witter wasn't one of them.

Witter will be cool as long as they do a rotational type thing at rb.

Nate Strong the promising Running Back from East St. Louis won't be @MizzouFootball until January 2017. Has some work to do in classroom.

Ballard is kind of weird. Thought the whole reason he was a late add was because he got his academics together.

How disappointing. Wouldn't think making adequate grades in high school would be that fricking difficult.

My father expressed a similar sentiment upon quarterly reviews of my report card.
