Hello, I have been looking around this site for most of the season. The banter and pure passion of all the fan bases intrigues me and has me checking out the site a couple times a week. I finally decided to sign up and introduce myself. I am a Mizzou fan born and raised in St. Louis, MO (North County). I ended up attending a Division II University in Alabama played football at that level for one year before injuries finally caught up to me. I currently live in Alabama, I have friends that both attended Alabama and Auburn. I actually lived in Auburn during Grad School. I am passionate about college football and basketball and try to have an objective view of the overall landscape. Think that is about it.

Speaking of country grammar, I wonder if Nelly has ever been hit up for a Friday night or pre-game rally/concert. Don't know if he has any kind of connection or passion for Mizzou like he does STL sports, but could get the fans going.

I think Nelly likes Mizzou. I know he's been to games, and performed in Columbia before. That would be awesome!

Good question...I just read it everyday and feel like I should be a part of our Mizzou "team" on the rant. Don't think I will be a pot stirrer by any means, but would sometimes like to throw in a few cents here and there.

He was at a MU basketball game a few years ago, surrounded by LARGE bodyguards, you couldn't get within 10 feet of him.
