Would love to visit that part of the country. Never been. Brother went and said it was awesome.

If I was independently wealthy, could live wherever I wanted, and sitting in the Caribbean wasn't an option, I guarantee I'd wind up in the Pacific Northwest.

I'm Rig. Attended my first Mizzou basketball and football game this past year. SEC championship for football and @AU for hoops (nail biter). I'm a senior at Auburn and during my down time I enjoy spending time on flight sims and working out.

Used to VATSIM. Haven't flown for a while.
I'm balls deep in the PMDG 737 though. Have been for a while. Love that plane.

That PMDG stuff is awesome. I haven't simmed in awhile, but when I do it's the VRS SuperBug and aircraft carriers.
I'm thinking about getting the DCS Warthog sim, I've been on the fence for awhile about it, as I really don't feel like learning another aircraft system. Some of these sims take forever to get proficient at.

Tell us about your flight sim rig, Rig.
I had a real nice set up, but I sold most of it on Craigslist so I could buy yet another guitar.
Kind of wish I hadn't, the Thrustmaster HOTAS was the shite. Now I've got a janky arse Logitech stick. No pedals, no hands on throttle.
It really kills my level of realism.

Thanks again for letting me post on your board.
I was born and raised in Northwest Arkansas, where I graduated from the You of A. I met my wife while in school, and she was on loan from St Charles, MO - where she grew up. Fast forward through living in Arizona for a bit, we settled down in Blue Springs where I worked in a Halfway House in downtown KCMO. I have long since went back to school, and now work in the wonderful world of IT.
16 years, and 3 kids later, there are now Mizzou posters in 2 of my 3 kids rooms. My oldest is a HUGE softball fan, and goes to the Mizzou Softball camp every year. My son still cheers for the Razorbacks, but would would rather watch Mizzou football so he can talk to his friends at school about the games.
Anyway - I appreciate the add. While I may be a diehard Razorback fan, I certainly do enjoy living in Mizzou country
