Apparently Missouri kids dont need to actually sign a NLI to get paid NIL money. They just need to sign an "agreement", like financial aid, with the University to start getting paid. This is an interesting development for in state recruiting.

Indeed. I was wrong before. Whoever created this bill has given Mizzou a very substantial advantage! My faith in Jeff City is restored....not really.

Hahaha. Jeff City is certainly still a shite hole but this kind of advantage should!d help us heaps in the near term to hopefully attract enough talent for when other states get the wise, we will have won enough to be able to rest some laurels on that as well.
