I know he wanted to go play at home his final year. But after that fell through, was a return to Mizzou not an option or did he really want to go to Arkansas? Anyone know?

He could have gone home to play his final season, wouldn't really have been all that mad.. Not sure why he didn't. Instead last second after telling the staff he was returning he suddenly went to arky.

He couldn't play for South Carolina because of academics. Maybe his true motivation for leaving Mizzou was academics like Knox.

Grades become a factor with transfers regardless of school.

So he was probably fine at Mizzou, but triggered a bunch of problems once he hit the portal?

Exactly. When you transfer (even a regular student) grades that you try to bring over matter.

Jeffcoat announced he's going to the draft. The only reason I care is because I found it interesting he thanked Odom, Pittman, Haley and two others but not drink. Perhaps Drink may have said to go elsewhere?

Well he got that front row seat to the Arkansas demolishing, hope that made him happy.
