Right down I-44.
St. Clair Missouri a shite down consisting of 4000 people, and we often fielded 2 teams when we were in 4th and 5th grades so the desire of kids to play is certainly there.

Blue Springs had 10 plus team league maybe more now. Start off kindergarten and first grade flag then second up is tackle. Also has travel teams and pop Warner. That town cranks out D1 kids all the time thanks to the Community involvement.
