The O-line has played god awful. Arky State's D-line looks like a bunch of fricking pro bowlers. Moore has the hands of cinder blocks. Mauk is still Mauk. We have some wrinkles to iron out. Christ.

I completely agree. I mean, he doesn't help matters with leaving the pocket, because essentially every play with Mauk is a broken play. However, there are a shiteload of contributing factors taking place. The scary thing is, most of them don't look correctable. Kind of a "what ya see is what us get " kind of situation.

Maty isn't the only one to get blame but other's failings do not excuse Mauk's.

In what division, conference, league, country is 16/36 not considered pure garbage. We need a consistent accurate passer in this offense.

This team isn't a good team until they show me they're a good team. I hope that they are and hope they show. They haven't yet in 2 games.

Depends on how you view it I suppose. Is the team gonna make a bowl? Surely. Are they gonna win the east? Doubtful, but 3 in a row is a tough expectation regardless of how they're playing. Are they a 10 win team? Doubt that too.

We always seem to struggle with early non-conference games, so I'm sort of use to it... We struggled against Toledo, SDSU hung with us until the 4th qtr, barely beat a mediocre ASU team in 2012, etc. And like usual, we will be in the running to win the division at the end of the season.
