I agree 98 but I don't know if it's ego so much as he's got a great thing going at WSU and he doesn't want that fricked up with the fanbase until he knows all I's are dotted and T's crossed.

GM signed a player to a LOI on Friday, I just don't see this happening.

I dont't think it would stop him from moving. He is coach at WSU until he is not.

I have no inside contacts, but I am pretty confident that serious consideration is being given to Marshall and he is reciprocating.

I would be ecstatic with a Marshall or Howland hire.

Marshall: The big sexy and splashy hire. Make a huge statement type.

Howland: The rock solid hire that has been there, done that. Has the baggage but if properly vetted, would bring us back to relevance.

Anderson: Flat as a pancake hire. A true son that has been very successful in D2. I would hate this to be the route we go, but has Alden written all over it. Kim may surprise people though if he can translate some of that success to Mizzou. If he is the hire, I will remain skeptical until he proves himself.

I agree with all you said. KA is a true son, and I would support him as HC, but he is not the prime target.....or this search would have been over days ago.

Marshall or Howland ....maybe both are in the running.

IMHO
