In three seasons prior to Odom's arrival Rockbridge was 0-10 in both seasons, before an interim coach took over leading them to a 4-6 record. Odom then took over program leading them to a 14-8 overall record before landing a job as GA on Mizzou staff, shared a division title, lost in Class 6A semefinal game against Rockhurst 46-13 ( Rockhurst did win the state title this year though lead by Tony Temple's 6000 career rushing yards).
Another interesting note is A.J. Ofodile has been mentioned as a possible staff addition, and I dug up this quote from July 2015 on his offensive philosophy having run a spread offense for most of his time in high school:

quote:

I think your offensive identity changes from year to year. What you’re good at, even on the outside looking in when it looks the same, it’s a lot different. Our offense was a lot different from 2013 to 2014. From a nuance standpoint, even if the run-pass ratio is the same, the ways that you’re throwing, the type of things you try to get to is going to change a lot depending on who your personnel is. That’s one of those things that doesn’t really emerge until you’re sometimes in the season. You don’t really know who you’re going to be offensively, what you’re going to be good at, and sometimes even over the course of the season that evolves.

I expect us to look a lot different. I think we should have the people who are going to be pretty productive on offense. Any time you lose the amount of production that we lost with Logan and Alex, in most cases a lot of people are going to need to step up to replace that production. You don’t want to expect one guy per position to replace that kind of production. It takes a team effort. A lot of times as a coach, that’s a little bit more fun to see, how do you get guys to recognize their full potential and believe they can go out and make plays, too.

I'm not saying he should get the OC job, but Ofodile seems to have some basic understanding of how to generate maximum potential out of an offense so he could be a good assistant to bring on board for recruiting puropses/ offensive mind. He also does an outstanding job developing young QBs. Who gives a shite if he trashed the University before, pretty much everyone on this board has, as well as many other former players. (James Franklin, Mauk, ...)

Power of google my friend, don't underestimate it. It was basically to give everyone an idea what kind of offense Odom may run with Mizzou, not really about his overall winning percentage.
