to enjoy how far our football program has come during the last decade and a half under Gary Pinkel

...and that kansas is coachless, broke, and won only one conference game this season.

My kU co-workers go to great lengths to avoid football conversations. It's a wonderful thing to make them squirm.

That's a fair point.

I'll certainly take 5 minutes to reflect and enjoy our success....and then I'll go right back to bitchin'.

Honestly, it'll be a sad day when he retires. We'll look back fondly on his years as head coach because I bet you that we take a big step backward after he leaves.

What do Keyshawn and Cris Carter say? Come on, man...

Everyone thought he was gonna get his shite pushed in the SEC and in three years he's already eclipsed the success of the other three expansions (Arkansas, South Carolina and Texas A&M) and a handful of originals.

And I don't care if people (not saying you) try to diminish him for winning a down East. He's winning. And winning more than anyone could have imagined when we joined. Spurrier hasn't done it at SC and neither has the Great Sumlin.

I laugh when he acts like being interviewed is a pain in the arse with his "We do what we do". I like it when he parrots his Mizzou Made schtick with a hint of arrogance. I just hope he closes the deal with a league championship for once.

And god forbid if he ever starts pulling in multiple big time recruits.

Pinkel has done more with less than just about any coach in the country and I'm loving the ride.

We have an administration that is pro football now, I think they're willing to put resources into the program to keep it moving forward. I'm confident they'd shite the bed with whomever they hired as a coach though.

I'll admit, I didn't throw in the towel after Indiana and Georgia, but I wasn't expect much more than a trip to Shreveport.

Everyone has done a great job. It starts with GP, he kept them focused. The coaches all deserve credit though.

No one wavered, we did what we do.

Let's close it out on a high note with a SEC Championship.
