I think Anderson fricked up by waiting over a week to sit down with Wright. Right or wrong, the kid likes the love. Having to wait over a week to meet the new coach isn't exactly showing him the love. Especially when, in the meantime, he's found the time to sit down with Gant and who knows how many other kids that had not even committed to Mizzou at the time. Just seems to me Day 1 should be spent visiting Gant. Day 2 should be spend visiting Wright. Day 3 and on should be spent meeting prospective recruits and then attending coaching caravans or whatever other fun stuff that was.

Hold your horses, Anderson will meet with him Tuesday. His coach said he is still heavily favoring Mizzou, bc he loves the campus and the fans.

I hope he keeps him. I just question why it's taken so long to sit down with Wright but not others.

I ain't stirring nothing. Well, maybe I knew how TB would react. But seriously, I would have made my first visit to Gant and my 2nd visit to Wright. I get he has other shite going on and so did Wright, I just think it lessens the chances of keeping him. He's a kid that loves the love. Anyways, it is what it is and maybe Anderson will surprise me in the end. He already did by keeping Gant on board.

Scratch one off that list 808. No big loss in my opinion. I always felt like he was just a throw in to round out a class. Of course, I will probably feel that way about any commits signed at this point. Only exception I see is Mitchell.

4. Kreklow
3. Allen
2. Mitchell
5. Jay Wright
1. Namon Wright

I'm not sure that if we lose Namon that we give a scholly to Jay Wright. I might let him walk on and try to earn one. We won't have a ton of scholarships next year and it would be good to have two or more to offer.

Just gonna throw this right here for Anderson. Don't say I didn't try to help.

St. Louis Eagles 15U team - #1 in nation

Might be a player or 2 worth checking out there.

Is it weird if I give some scouting opinions? McKissic is a good athlete but probably nothing special in the long run. Crawford looks like he's 30 when he's on the field in football or on the court in basketball (against his age group). But it's hard to tell what that translates into in 3 or 4 years. He's pretty highly regarded right now.

Some kid who had committed to Wake Forest but asked for his release when they went through a coaching change. PG I believe.

I just looked him up, we don't appear to be on his radar. They said hes looking at South Carolina, Vanderbilt, UNC-Charlotte, no mention of Mizzou.

I'd put money on it he doesn't last that long. Would have liked to have gotten an earlier visit date.

Sounds like Cal is in the lead for Mitchell. Cuonzo was recruiting him while at Tenn and the Vandy coach that just joined the Cal staff had Vandy in his top tier.

Mitchell, on paper is one of the most talented players left. We could use him.

Hopefully can keep Wright.

Just offer Kreklow.

Give a scholly to Feldman.

Pocket the last one. There'll be better options available (hopefully) next year. Let's face it, guys at this point are either left overs for the most part or guys getting released from their LOI which is limited numbers.

ETA - Or maybe there would be no last one if you give it to Feldman. Lost track with all the comings and goings.
